How far in advance should I contact you?
We recommend reaching out at least 4–6 weeks before your intended travel date. For peak season travel (March–May, September–November) or for large groups, 2–3 months is ideal. That said, we have arranged exceptional last-minute trips — do not hesitate to reach out.
Do you work with solo travellers as well as groups?
Absolutely. We design journeys for solo travellers, couples, families, friend groups, and corporate retreats alike. Every itinerary is private and exclusively yours — no shared experiences unless you request them.
What information do I need to have ready when I contact you?
As little or as much as you have. Some guests come with a detailed wishlist. Others simply say "I want to feel something I've never felt before." Both conversations work. The more you share about how you travel and what matters to you, the more personal we can make your journey — but we will ask the right questions as we go.
Is there a minimum budget?
Our journeys are designed to be genuinely private and excellent, which reflects in pricing. We are best suited to travellers who value quality and personalisation over budget travel. We are happy to discuss pricing openly during our first conversation — no awkwardness, no pressure.
Do you organise flights?
We focus on the experience within Morocco — accommodation, transportation, guides, and all in-country logistics. We are happy to advise on best routes and airports, and can recommend trusted travel agents for international flights if needed.
